Unity is beautiful, fragile, elusive, and complicated in the presence of diversity. But if unity forms around a common enemy, it’s profoundly simple. Creating unity in our time is difficult.
Sunday at The Hyde Park location, we will explore ways to create unity through the 2021 film Belfast and the letter to the Ephesians. I am excited to share ways that we might discover unity in our divisive times. It definitely isn’t easy. Yet, we must try. People who are trying to deepen their love for God and others are called to create it.

The Portico Cafe.
The Cafe is a social enterprise that offers people transitioning from homelessness, addiction, and incarceration–job training, employment ladders, and connections to safe, affordable housing. You can support us through frequenting the cafe (Tuesday – Friday 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.), booking space for your organization, ordering bags of our delicious coffee, or getting the word out to others!
