    I eat breakfast there every morning. I have received friendly service at a reasonable price. I would say The Portico is the best cafe in downtown Tampa.

    Go there weekly and love it. Great food and service. Very friendly staff. Plenty charging stations and good coffee. Once a month Open Mic sessions on 4th Friday at 6:30 PM.
