Ash Wednesday Meditation

The spiritual community of The Portico invites you join this life-affirming experience.
Ash Wednesday commemorates an ancient ritual celebrated by the faithful around the world.
Ashes, prepared from palm branches from the previous year’s Palm Sunday celebrations, are placed on the forehead as a reminder of our own mortality.
The meditation service is a call to reflection and penitence during the Lenten season.
All are welcome.
