Join us for a gentle yoga class in our beautiful brand new Community Hall, 6 p.m. every Tuesday beginning March 21.
Open to the community and suitable for all ages and fitness levels, the class is taught by local certified teachers. No prior experience in yoga or meditation is necessary and walk-ins are welcome to experience this unique fusion of spiritual yoga.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class, wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat and water. There is no charge for the class however, there are a limited number of mats, blocks and straps for guests to use. (Note: Kids are welcome, however, please note this is a quiet environment for one hour.)
